Possibly the best hooker to play for England, he re-defined the hookers role to include extra duties in attack and defence. 36 caps for England and 7 for the Lions
A very successful captain of Leicester winning the league once and the John Player Cup 3 times in consecutive years!
Now chief executive of Leicester Tigers, Peter has spent much of the last four years as a representative of the first division clubs sorting out the future of top level Rugby with the RFU and all the other interested bodies.
